(הוראת שעה ל־3 שנים מיום 6.8.2024): מנהל היחידה יורה בנוהל על אופן הפעולה של בעלי תפקידים ביחידת הפיקוח הטכנולוגי ובחברה המפעילה ועל תיעוד פעולתם, ובכלל זה יקבע הוראות לעניין אופן יצירת הקשר עם מפוקח או עם בן המשפחה שלהגנתו ניתן צו הגנה בתנאי פיקוח טכנולוגי.
