6. תסקיר
תיקון: תשנ״ח, תשס״א, תשע״א
לצורך הליך על פי סעיף 4(ב) או סעיף 5(ב) או (ג) רשאי בית המשפט לצוות על עובד סוציאלי כמשמעותו בסעיף 2(ז)(1) או בסעיף 3, לפי העניין להכין תסקיר בכתב עד למועד שיקבע בכל דבר הקשור למתן צו הגנה, והוראות חוק הסעד (סדרי דין בעניני קטינים, חולי נפש ונעדרים), התשט״ו–1955, יחולו בשינויים המחוייבים על הכנתו, אף אם התסקיר נתבקש לגבי מי שאינו כלול בחוק האמור.
