3א. מזונות קטין
תיקון: תשמ״א
(א)אביו ואמו של קטין חייבים במזונותיו.
(ב)בלי להתחשב בעובדה בידי מי מוחזק קטין יחולו המזונות על הוריו בשיעור יחסי להכנסותיהם מכל מקור שהוא.
