8. הבטחת מזונות
בית המשפט רשאי להורות על מתן ערובה למזונות או על השלשתם לתקופה שיקבע, ורשאי הוא לצוות על אדם שממנו מגיע חוב לחייב, לפרוע את סכום החוב, כולו או מקצתו, במישרין לזכאי במזונות.
