14א1. דמוי כלי ירייה שבידי המשטרה
תיקון: תשפ״ג־2
הגיע לידי המשטרה דמוי כלי ירייה שלא עקב עבירה שנעברה בו או לגביו, או שהגיע אליה דמוי כלי ירייה עקב עבירה כאמור והוחלט שאין להעמיד אדם לדין בשל אותה העבירה, רשאית המשטרה לחלט את דמוי כלי הירייה או להשמידו, אלא אם כן ביקש הבעלים להעבירו למי שרשאי להחזיק בו לפי חוק זה בתוך 30 ימים מהיום שהגיע לידי המשטרה או מיום קבלת ההחלטה שלא להעמיד לדין, לפי העניין.
