14ד. השמדת כלי ירייה או דמוי כלי ירייה
תיקון: תשל״א, תשפ״ג־2
(א)סוחר מורשה רשאי, באישור פקיד רישוי ובפיקוח המשטרה, להשמיד כלי יריה שהוא בעליו.
(ב)בעל רישיון לדמוי כלי ירייה לפי סעיף 7ט רשאי, באישור פקיד רישוי ובפיקוח משטרת ישראל, להשמיד דמוי כלי ירייה שלגביו ניתן הרישיון.
