4. הדיון בועדה
הודעת הועדה לפי סעיף 2 תימסר לאחר שניתנה לממשלה הודעה על הדיון בועדה, לפחות 21 ימים לפני המועד שנקבע לו; הממשלה רשאית לבקש ארכה של 21 ימים נוספים, וכן רשאית היא להסכים כי הדיון בועדה יתקיים לפני עבור 21 הימים הראשונים או הנוספים.
