10א. איסור מכירת כרטיסי הימורים לקטינים
תיקון: תשס״ח, תשפ״ג
(א)המציע, מוכר או מפיץ כרטיסים או כל דבר אחר, הבאים להעיד על זכות להשתתף בהימור לפי חוק זה (בסעיף זה – כרטיסים), לקטין, דינו – מאסר שישה חודשים.
(ב)המציע, מוכר או מפיץ כרטיסים רשאי לדרוש מאדם המבקש לקנות או לקבל כרטיסים שיציג לו תעודה שבה ניתן לוודא את גילו.
(ג)השר והשר לביטחון לאומי ימסרו לוועדת הכספים ולוועדת החינוך, התרבות והספורט של הכנסת, אחת לשנתיים, דיווח על אכיפת הוראות סעיף זה.
