17. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השרים ממונים על ביצוע חוק זה והם רשאים להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
(ב)התקנות לפי חוק זה, למעט תקנות לפי סעיפים 5(ג) ו־6(א), טעונות אישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת.
