6. זכות טיעון
תיקון: תשע״ד
מעסיק שנמסרה לו הודעה על כוונת חיוב לפי הוראות סעיף 5 רשאי לטעון את טענותיו, בכתב, לפני הממונה, לעניין הכוונה להטיל עיצום כספי ולעניין סכומו, בתוך 30 ימים ממועד מסירת ההודעה.
