תיקון: תשפ״ו
(הוראת שעה לשנתיים מיום 27.1.2028): לשם ביצוע פעולות פיקוח ואכיפה של הרשויות המקומיות בעבירות לפי חוק שמירת הניקיון, התשמ״ד–1984, שבתחום אחריותן, רשאי פקח שיטור מקומי להפעיל סמכות עיכוב רכב לפי סעיף 12ב לחוק האמור.
