1. מטרות החוק
מטרותיו של חוק זה הן:
(1)לפתח, לייעל ולבסס את משק החלב בישראל, תוך הבטחת איכות ובטיחות ייצור החלב ושיווקו;
(2)להבטיח אספקה סדירה של חלב ומוצריו, תוך הבטחת מחירים נאותים ליצרנים, למחלבות ולציבור ותנאים הולמים לפעילות היצרנים והמחלבות.
