20. דין נכסים בפירוק
לאחר שנפרעו חובות מועצת החלב לנושיה במלואם, יועברו נכסי המועצה העומדים לחלוקה בפירוק למי שיורה בית המשפט, לאחר שקיבל את המלצת השרים לעניין זה, כדי שישמשו לטובת משק החלב ומוצריו; ואולם הודיעה הממשלה כאמור בסעיף 19(ד), יועברו נכסי המועצה, על פי הוראות בית המשפט, לחברה כאמור באותו סעיף.
