26. חובות דיווח
(א)מועצת החלב, וכל עובד מעובדיה הממלא תפקיד מתפקידיה לפי חוק זה, ימסרו על פי דרישת השר או עובד משרדו שהסמיך לעניין זה –
(1)דוחות שנתיים ותקופתיים בנושאים שייקבעו בדרישה;
(2)נתונים שהועברו אליהם לפי חוק זה.
(ב)השר יתקין תקנות לעניין אופן העברת הנתונים לפי סעיף קטן (א) ולעניין הגנה על סודות מסחריים הנובעים מהם.
