29. קרנות
(א)השרים, באישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, יקבעו הוראות לעניין הקמה וניהול של קרנות למימון –
(1)הוויסות של כמויות החלב במשק;
(2)הפינוי של חלב עודף, עודפי חלב במכסה וחומרי גלם חלביים;
(3)פעולות אחרות של מועצת החלב בהתאם לחוק זה.
(ב)סך הכספים הצבורים בכל קרן מהקרנות האמורות בסעיף קטן (א), לא יעלה על סך כל כספי ההיטלים שנזקפו לחשבון אותה קרן לפי סעיף 28(ד) במשך שלוש שנים.
