13. סמכויות חקירה
בענינים שהם בסמכות של בית הדין יהיו לתובעים ולחוקרים הסמכויות שאפשר להעניקם לפי סעיף 2 לפקודת הפרוצידורה הפלילית (עדות), וסעיף 3 לאותה פקודה יחול על חקירות של תובעים או חוקרים מכוח סמכויות אלה, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
