תיקון: תשמ״ב, תשס״ג
שר הפנים יקבע בתקנות את מקום מושבו וסדרי ניהולו והחזקתו של בית הדין, שכרם וכפיפותם של העובדים בו ושל מי שהתמנה לפי סעיף 5, וחלוקת ההוצאות הכרוכות בכך בין הרשויות המקומיות.
