2. בית הדין למשמעת
יוקם בית דין למשמעת של עובדי המדינה, שתפקידו לשפוט על עבירות שהן עבירות משמעת של עובדי המדינה לפי חוק זה או לפי חוק אחר (להלן – בית הדין).
