51. משכורתו של מושעה שהורשע בבית המשפט ופוטר
מושעה שהורשע בבית המשפט ופוטר עקב ההרשעה, לא יהיה זכאי למשכורת בעד תקופת השעייתו, אולם לא יהיה חייב להחזיר את המשכורת ששולמה לו זמנית מכוח סעיף 49.
