59. פיצוי על פיטורים ופסילה שבוטלו
בוטלו הפיטורים או הפסילה בדיון החוזר, רשאי בית הדין לתת כל צו שנראה לו כדי לפצות נידון שנשא ענשו או חלק ממנו, או לתת לו כל סעד אחר; מת הנידון – רשאי בית הדין לתת צו כאמור לטובת אדם אחר.
