תיקון: תשנ״ב
חוק זה לא יחול לגבי עבירות משמעת שעשה עובד מדינה שהוא רשם של בית משפט או של בית דין, שלגביהן הוא נתון לשיפוט משמעתי לפי סעיף 105א לחוק בתי המשפט [נוסח משולב], התשמ״ד–1984, או לפי סעיף 27(א) לחוק בית הדין לעבודה, התשכ״ט–1969.
