23. מינוי בודק
היועץ המשפטי לממשלה רשאי למנות בודק לבדוק ענין הנוגע להתנהגותו של חוקר פרטי; לבודק כאמור יהיו הסמכויות של קצין משטרה בדרגת מפקח האמורות בסעיף 2 לפקודת הפרוצדורה הפלילית (עדות), ודין עדות שניתנה בפניו כדין עדות הנמסרת על פי הפקודה האמורה.
