16א. סמכויות הנתונות למאסדר
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)המפקח על הבנקים, המפקח על נותני שירותים פיננסיים, הממונה על שוק ההון, ביטוח וחיסכון או רשות ניירות ערך (בסעיף זה – מאסדר) רשאים, בהתאם לסמכותם לפי דין, לקבוע הוראות בעניינים המוסדרים בחוק זה, שיחולו על מלווה מוסדי המפוקח על ידם.
(ב)לשם פיקוח על ביצוע ההוראות לפי חוק זה, בירור מינהלי הנוגע להוראות כאמור ואכיפתן, יהיו נתונות למאסדר הסמכויות הנתונות לו על פי הדין הנוגע למלווה מוסדי.
