4. אי קיום חובת הגילוי
מבלי לגרוע מזכותו של הלווה לסעדים לפי חוק זה או לפי כל דין אחר, יחולו הוראות סעיפים 12(ב) ו־15 לחוק החוזים (חלק כללי), התשל״ג–1973, לפי הענין, אם לא קיים המלווה את חובת הגילוי לפי סעיף 3.
