13. ערעור ורשות ערעור
(א)החלטה סופית של ועדת ערר ניתנת לערעור לפני בית משפט לעניינים מינהליים.
(ב)החלטה אחרת של ועדת ערר ניתנת לערעור לפני בית משפט לעניינים מינהליים אם ניתנה לכך רשות מאת שופט של בית משפט לעניינים מינהליים; לעניין זה, ”החלטה אחרת“ – החלטה לפי סעיף 33 לחוק בתי דין מינהליים וכן החלטה בעניין חיסיון או בעניין סמכות עניינית.
