15. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
(ב)תקנות שיתקין שר המשפטים כאמור בסעיף 54(ב)(7) ו־(9) לחוק בתי דין מינהליים לעניין הליכים לפי חוק זה, יהיו טעונות, נוסף על אישור ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, התייעצות עם השר.
