20. פינוי שדה מוקשים או שטח נפלים בגן לאומי, בשמורת טבע או באתר עתיקות
תיקון: תשע״ט, תשפ״ב, תשפ״ג
(א)בגן לאומי או בשמורת טבע יחולו הוראות חוק גנים לאומיים, ולעניין סעיף 23 לחוק האמור, יראו ברשות, במפעיל ובחברה המפקחת שלוחה של מערכת הביטחון שהשר אישר לעניין אותו סעיף.
(ב)באתר עתיקות כהגדרתו בחוק העתיקות, התשל״ח–1978, יחולו הוראות החוק האמור.
