24. ניגוד עניינים
(א)הרשות לא תתקשר עם חברה מפקחת העלולה להימצא במצב של ניגוד עניינים, במישרין או בעקיפין, בין ביצוע תפקידה לפי חוק זה לבין עניין אחר שלה או של בעל עניין בה או נושא משרה בה, או בין ביצוע תפקידה כאמור לבין תפקיד אחר שאותו ממלא כל אחד מהם.
(ב)הרשות לא תתקשר עם מפעיל העלול להימצא במצב של ניגוד עניינים כאמור בסעיף קטן (א).
