41. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועו, בהסכמת שר הכלכלה ולאחר התייעצות עם שר האוצר, עם הממונה, עם הממונה על הגבלים עסקיים, עם הממונה על הגנת הצרכן ועם נציג ראש הממשלה בוועדה המייעצת, ובאישור ועדת החינוך התרבות והספורט של הכנסת.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), שר הכלכלה ממונה על ביצוע פרקים ד׳ ו־ה׳, והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועם, לאחר התייעצות עם השר.
