45. הוראות לעניין סמכויות מפקחים
(א)עובד משרד הכלכלה שהוסמך כמפקח בידי שר הכלכלה על פי חיקוק אחר ערב יום התחילה, יראו אותו כאילו הוסמך גם כמפקח לפי חוק זה לתקופה שלא תעלה על שנה מיום התחילה, ובתקופה זו יהיו נתונות לו גם הסמכויות הנתונות למפקח לפי חוק זה.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף 43, הממונה ומי שמונה כמפקח לפי חוק זה יהיו רשאים להמשיך להפעיל את סמכויותיהם לפי חוק זה, לאחר פקיעת תוקפו, בתקופת ההמשך, לגבי מי שחוק זה חל עליו.
