9. איסור תגמול בעבור המלצה על ספר מסוים
(א)חנות ספרים ומוציא לאור לא ייתנו, במישרין או בעקיפין, למוכר בחנות ספרים תגמול, בשכר, בהטבות או בכל דרך אחרת, בעבור המלצה לצרכן על ספר מסוים, על סופר מסוים או על ספרים של מוציא לאור מסוים.
(ב)רשת חנויות לא תורה למקום ממכר קבוע הנמנה עם הרשת לתת למוכר בחנות ספרים תגמול כאמור בסעיף קטן (א).
