15. ביטול רשיון
(א)נוכח המנהל הכללי כי לא נתקיים או חדל להתקיים תנאי מהתנאים שבמילוים הותנה רשיון, רשאי הוא להתרות בכתב בבעל הרשיון, ואם התנאי לא קויים תוך שלושה חדשים מיום ההתראה, רשאי המנהל הכללי לבטל את הרשיון.
(ב)מי שרשיונו בוטל כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), רשאי לערור על כך בפני ועדת הערר כאמור בסעיף 14.
