25. ערר
עובד שירות הרואה את עצמו נפגע על ידי דרישה לפטרו כאמור בסעיף 22, רשאי לערור על כך, תוך עשרים ואחד יום מהיום שהודע לו על הדרישה, לפני שר החינוך והתרבות.
