6ו1. הקדמת מועד הבחירות לראשות המועצה ולמועצה
תיקון: תשנ״ח, תשפ״ג
חדל ראש מועצה לכהן מכל אחת מהסיבות המנויות בפסקאות (1) עד (4) של סעיף 6ו(א), שנה או פחות לפני מועד הבחירות כאמור בסעיף 3, תבחר המועצה ממלא מקום לראש המועצה מקרב חבריה לפי הוראות סעיף 6ח, והוא יכהן עד בחירת ראש המועצה במועד הבחירות כאמור.
