7. תקנות
השר ממונה על ביצוע החוק והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לכל ענין הנוגע לביצועו, לרבות תקנות להתאמת הסדרים לפי חוק זה להסדרים על פי חוק הרשויות המקומיות (בחירות), התשכ״ה–1965, או על פי חוק הרשויות המקומיות (בחירת ראש הרשות המקומית וסגניו וכהונתם), התשל״ה–1975.
