11. אסירים במשמורת המנהל
(א)אסיר הכלוא בבית סוהר יראו אותו כנתון למשמורתו החוקית של מנהל בית הסוהר.
(ב)כל אסיר יהיה כפוף למשמעת בית הסוהר ולתקנותיו כל תקופת מאסרו, בין כשהוא מצוי בתחום בית הסוהר ובין כשאינו מצוי שם.
