מי שקיבל לעיונו חומר תחקיר, לא יגלה ממנו דבר, לא יעשה בו כל שימוש שלא למטרה שלשמה נמסר לו, ויפעל בהתאם לפקודות נציבות בתי הסוהר שנקבעו לעניין זה.
