תיקון: תשפ״ו־2
הנציב יגיש לוועדה לביטחון לאומי של הכנסת, עד 31 במרץ בכל שנה, דין וחשבון לגבי השנה הקלנדרית שקדמה למועד הדיווח, ובו פירוט הפעולות השונות שנקט למניעת הטרדה מינית בשירות בתי הסוהר וכן מספר הדיווחים על הטרדות מיניות שהוגשו לממונה על הטיפול בהטרדות מיניות בשירות בתי הסוהר ואופן הטיפול בהן; בדין וחשבון האמור לא ייכללו פרטי מידע שיאפשרו את זיהוי המדווח, המתלונן או הנילון ואנשים אחרים המעורבים בדיווח.
