19יא. חובת הנמקה
תיקון: תש״ס
(א)החלטות לפי סעיפים 19ב, 19ג, 19ד ו־19י יהיו מנומקות ויינתנו בכתב והעתק ההחלטה יימסר לאסיר.
(ב)נימוקי ההחלטה יובאו לידיעתו של האסיר, אלא אם כן נקבע על ידי נותן ההחלטה, כי גילוים יפגע באחת העילות המנויות בסעיף 19ב.
