19יט. ערעור
תיקון: תשע״ה
(א)החלטת בית המשפט לפי סעיף 19יד ניתנת לערעור לפני בית המשפט העליון.
(ב)הודיע בא כוח האסיר על כוונתו לערער על החלטת בית המשפט המתירה לתת טיפול רפואי לאסיר, רשאי בית המשפט להורות על עיכוב ביצוע ההחלטה עד להגשת הערעור, ובלבד שהערעור יוגש בתוך 24 שעות ממועד מתן ההחלטה על העיכוב; בית המשפט העליון יקיים את הדיון בערעור בתוך 48 שעות ממועד הגשתו.
