2. קבלת אסירים
לא יתקבל אדם לבית סוהר אלא על פי צו מאסר או צו מעצר שהובא עמו, ואולם מותר לקבל לבית סוהר ילד של אסירה ביחד עם אמו אם היא מיניקה אותו והוא בן פחות משנתיים.
