41. איסור הכנסה והוצאה
לא יכניס אדם ולא יעביר ולא יזרוק אל תוך בית סוהר, ולא יניח בתוכו, ולא יוציא ולא יעביר ולא יזרוק מתוכו חוצה, כל חפץ אסור.
