52א. צו ביצוע עונש מוות
תיקון: תשפ״ו־7
(א)גזר בית משפט עונש מיתה, יערוך צו אשר יציין כי גזר הדין יבוצע באמצעות תלייה; צו כאמור ייחתם בידי שופט וישמש אסמכתה לביצוע העונש.
(ב)מנהל בית סוהר, או מי מטעמו, יודיע לאסיר שבית המשפט גזר בעניינו עונש מיתה את תוכן הצו בהקדם האפשרי.
(ג)ביצוע גזר הדין ייעשה בידי סוהר שהנציב הסמיך לכך.
