55ג. עונשין
תיקון: תשפ״ו־7
(א)המגלה או המפרסם מידע סודי לפי סימן זה בלא היתר, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים; נעשה הגילוי או הפרסום ברשלנות, דינו – מאסר שנה.
(ב)סוהר, וכן מי שפעל או פועל מטעם שירות בתי הסוהר, המגלה או מפרסם מידע חסוי בלא היתר, דינו – מאסר חמש שנים; נעשה הגילוי או הפרסום ברשלנות, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים.
