68ב. קביעת תקן הכליאה
תיקון: תשנ״ג, תשס״ח־4, תשע״ט, תשפ״ב, תשפ״ג
השר רשאי לקבוע בצו, מעת לעת באישור הוועדה לביטחון לאומי של הכנסת, את תקן הכליאה, לתקופה שלא תעלה על שנה.
בתקופה שמיום 28.11.2024 עד יום 28.2.2026, יהיה תקן הכליאה בכלל בתי הסוהר 14,500 מקומות כליאה.
