68ה1. עיכוב שחרורו של אסיר לצורך יידוע נפגע עבירת מין או אלימות שביקש זאת
תיקון: תשפ״ג־2
(א)על אף האמור בסעיף 64א, רשאי הנציב לקבוע כי שחרור אסיר לפי סימן זה יתבצע ביום שלאחר היום הקובע, אם סבר שהדבר דרוש לצורך יידוע נפגע עבירת מין או אלימות שביקש זאת בדבר מועד שחרורו של האסיר ממאסר, לפי הוראות סעיף 10 לחוק זכויות נפגעי עבירה, התשס״א–2001.
(ב)הוראות לעניין אופן ביצוע האמור בסעיף זה ייקבעו בפקודות השירות.
