בקשת תובע לחלט רכוש לפי פרק זה, ופירוט הרכוש שאת חילוטו מבקשים או שווי הרכוש שלגביו מבקשים צו חילוט, יצוינו בכתב האישום; התגלה רכוש נוסף שאת חילוטו מבקשים, רשאי תובע לתקן את כתב האישום בכל שלב של ההליכים עד למתן גזר הדין.
