תיקון: תשמ״ד, תש״ס, תשע״ז
הוראות חוק זה לא יחולו על ביצוע לאחר שבעים שנים מתום השנה שבה בוצע הביצוע המקורי.
לפי סעיף 3 לחוק הארכת תקופת זכות יוצרים בתקליט וזכויות מבצעים (תיקוני חקיקה), התשע״ז–2017, הוראות החוק לא יחולו על ביצוע שבשנת 2017 חלפו חמישים שנים מתום השנה שבה בוצע הביצוע המקורי.
