4ו. הפרה עקיפה של זכות המבצעים לשעתוק או לטביעה
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(החל מיום 20.5.2027):
העושה אחת מהפעולות שלהלן בעותק מפר כהגדרתו בסעיף 6(א2), לשם מסחר, מפר את זכות המבצעים, אם בעת ביצוע הפעולה ידע או היה עליו לדעת כי העותק הוא עותק מפר: מכירה, השכרה, הפצה, ייבוא או החזקה.
