תיקון: תשס״ט
לעניין סעיף 1 –
(1)יראו כחולה – בן זוג שחלה והפך להיות תלוי לחלוטין בעזרת הזולת בביצוע פעולות יום־יום;
(2)”פעולות יום־יום“ – בהגדרת מונח זה בסעיף 223 לחוק הביטוח הלאומי [נוסח משולב], התשנ״ה–1995.
